Delivery & Returns



Your order will ship via UK Royal Mail for delivery, typically orders are delivered within 2-5 working days.


Your order will ship via DHL Deutsche Post, typically orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. During busy periods deliveries can take longer, and you will be advised by email as soon as your items have been sent.



How do I return an item?

All items are covered by our 21 day exchange or refund guarantee so please ensure your returned items reaches us within 21 days of the date of receipt of your order. Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

It is advisable to send all returned items by a secure signed for service. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.


Where should I send returns to?

All returns must be returned to CONSEPT, 232 KING'S RD, LONDON, SW3 5UA, UNITED KINGDOM. You will need to attach postage to your return.

When will I receive my refund?

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Card refunds may take up to 4 working days for your bank to complete once we have processed your return.


Will my postage cost be refunded on returned items?

If you return your whole order then we will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for an enhanced service eg. Guaranteed Next Day you can only expect to receive a refund to the value of our basic delivery options in line with 'Consumer Contract Regulations'.
